01. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fsd8 ("fsd8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fsd8 website located at https://fsd8.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by fsd8.

By accessing the fsd8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fsd8 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fsd8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and fsd8.

02. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the fsd8 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at https://fsd8.io.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration with fsd8.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's fsd8 Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or matching bonus awarded to a Player by fsd8, which is subject to specific wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money play on any game or sports market offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all fsd8 Accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by fsd8 prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Business Hours" means 09:00 to 23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), seven days a week.

03. Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the fsd8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fsd8 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request age verification documentation at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must register under your own true identity. The use of a false name, another person's identity, or any fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must register only one Account on fsd8. Maintaining multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Your Account must not be a pre-existing Account that has been previously suspended or closed by fsd8 for a breach of these Terms.

By completing the fsd8 registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

04. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on fsd8. Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fsd8 login credentials, including your username and password. fsd8 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel. Any activity carried out on the Platform while logged into your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify fsd8 support immediately at [email protected]. fsd8 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

fsd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing is detected or suspected.
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

05. Deposits & Withdrawals

All fsd8 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods officially supported by fsd8, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on fsd8 is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your fsd8 Account within two to five minutes for mobile wallet transactions and within one to two hours for bank transfers during Business Hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during Business Hours only. Prior to processing any withdrawal, fsd8 may require the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within the same Business Hour session in which the request is submitted. Bank and card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

fsd8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the Account balance.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review prior to withdrawal. fsd8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which fsd8 is not responsible.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

fsd8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer, crash games, or specific slots) may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements — refer to each promotion's specific terms for contribution rates.

Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bet credits expire 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically without notice.

fsd8 reserves the right to:

• Withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where fsd8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being abused, including through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or the use of automated tools.
• Require additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

07. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fsd8 are subject to the specific rules governing each product, sport, or game type. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — settlement is based on the official scorecard published by the ICC or the relevant national board. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or result reversal, fsd8's settlement rules for the relevant market type will apply as published on the Platform.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on fsd8 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including fsd8.

"Void" Bets: fsd8 reserves the right to void any bet where it is evident that the odds offered were the result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or a feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account in full.

The maximum payout on any single bet or game session is subject to the limits published in the relevant product rules. fsd8 is not obligated to pay out winnings in excess of the published maximum payout for a given product.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fsd8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on fsd8, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated sports betting.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, free bet offers, or reload bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including coordinated bonus harvesting.
• Money Laundering: Using fsd8 to transfer, conceal, or clean funds derived from illegal activity. fsd8 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of predetermined or manipulated match outcomes, or communicating with any party involved in fixing sporting events.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account suspended pending investigation, and fsd8 reserves the right to recover the reversed amount through all available legal means.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the fsd8 Platform — including but not limited to the fsd8 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video, and audio — is the property of fsd8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use fsd8 branding, logos, or trade dress in any manner without prior written consent from fsd8.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

10. Privacy & Data

fsd8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fsd8.io/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fsd8 uses the personal data you provide to verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, send promotional communications (where opted in), and fulfil its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming regulations.

fsd8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and complying with legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by fsd8, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

11. Responsible Gaming

fsd8 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from within every fsd8 Account, including deposit limits, session duration alerts, and self-exclusion.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

fsd8 strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fsd8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond fsd8's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

In any event, fsd8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to fsd8 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fsd8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

fsd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fsd8 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting fsd8 support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. fsd8 recommends that you check this page at least once every 30 days to ensure you remain familiar with the current version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fsd8 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and any award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent fsd8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
